How long can I rent a car?
Vehicles are reserved by rental slots. Each rental slot lasts 24 hours (1 day) from the time of pickup. You can rent a car for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 7 rental slots.
What is the duration of a rental slot?
Each rental slot lasts 24 hours (1 day) from the time of pickup. For example, if a car is rented for 2 rental slots starting Friday 10 am, drop off is expected on Sunday at about 10 am.
Do I need any documents or other requirements?
Yes. For new customers, we require valid proof of the following documents and a refundable deposit.
- International Passport or Mauritian National ID
- Utility Bill or Hotel Reservation
- Drivers License
Where would I pick up the car?
Depending on availability, cars can be picked up at locations in Beau Bassin, Ebène, La City Trianon or Quatre Bornes. Please confirm your pickup location with us after completing your booking.
Can I expect to be refunded if I cancel a booking?
We understand that life happens so we will process a refund for a cancellation request received not later than 48 hours (2 days) before reserved date.
